乡村振兴战略下农村生态文明建设现状及对策研究

Research on the status quo and countermeasures of rural ecological civilization construction under the rural revitalization strategy

党的十九大报告第一次明确提出乡村振兴战略,不仅对加快推进农业农村现代化进行了战略布局,也为农村生态文明建设提供了理论指导。当前我国农村生态文明建设还存在诸多问题,如生态环境污染严重、产业绿色发展薄弱、农村生态文化建设落后、环保法律制度不健全等,这些问题严重影响了农业农村可持续发展。展望农村生态文明建设,需从完善生态环境治理、促进农业绿色发展、加强生态文化建设、健全生态法律制度四个方面入手。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the strategy of rural revitalization for the first time,which not only carried out a strategic layout for accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,but also provided theoretical guidance for the construction of rural ecological civilization.There are still many problems in the construction of rural ecological civilization in China,such as serious environmental pollution,weak industrial green development,backward rural ecological and cultural construction,and incomplete environmental protection legal systems.These problems have seriously affected the sustainable development of rural agriculture.Looking forward to the construction of rural ecological civilization,the country needs to start with four aspects:improving ecological environment governance,promoting green agricultural development,strengthening ecological cultural construction,and improving ecological legal systems.
