摘要 为了建设数字化油田,达到生产节能降耗的目的,针对目前低渗、低产油井油层供液能力不足,导致油泵空抽现象频发,造成电能大量浪费的问题,通过实时获取油液抽汲过程中的多种地面电参数,分析地面电力潮流变化规律与井筒油液量变化的映射关系,得到了地面电力潮流的油井井筒油液量预测模型,设计并实现了一种智能化抽油节能测控系统。该系统在硬件设计上采用了以DSP+MCU结构为核心的智能测控硬件平台,软件设计上包括监测参数读取及处理、间抽控制、电机保护等功能,并给出了硬件结构和软件流程。该系统可以实现抽油机系统的间抽优化控制、状态监控及故障诊断,具有良好的工程应用价值。 Aiming at the problem that low permeability and low oil production reservoir has insufficient liquid supply capacity,which leads to frequent pumping of oil pump and large amount of waste of electric energy,the paper analyzes the mapping relationship between surface power flow variation gauge and wellbore oil volume change by real-time acquisition of various surface electric parameters in oil swabbing process,obtains the oil well wellbore oil volume prediction model of surface power flow,and designs and realizes an intelligent oil pumping energy-saving measurement and control system.In the hardware design,the intelligent measurement and control hardware platform with DSP+MCU structure as the core is adopted.The software design includes the functions of reading and processing of monitoring parameters,pumping control,motor protection and so on.The hardware structure and software flow are given.The system can realize the optimization control of pumping system,state monitoring and fault diagnosis,and has good engineering application value.
