摘要
从新疆乌鲁木齐县、吉木萨尔县主产县采集共92份马铃薯样本,使用植物检测病毒抗血清进行ELI⁃SA检测,摸清当前乌鲁木齐周边地区马铃薯病毒的种类和染毒率,全面掌握马铃薯病毒的发生情况,以期为有效防治病毒病提供重要科学依据。
This test from the xinjiang urumqi county,jimsar which collected a total of 92 potato samples,the plants were used to detect virus antiserum for ELISA test,find out the current urumqi surrounding areas and the kinds of po⁃tato virus infected rate,a comprehensive grasp of potato viruses,provide important basis for effective prevention and treatment of viral diseases.
