摘要
为研究样品存放过程中土壤样品碱解氮受条件影响的变化,选取了红壤土、黄褐土及砂姜黑土3种土壤的土壤样品,分别置于不同器皿中进行不同温度、不同时间下的存放后进行样品碱解氮含量值的测定。结果表明:在一定的存放温度和时间下,土壤样品中碱解氮的测定值与温度和时间呈正相关关系,因此测定碱解氮的样品低温存放且时间不宜过长;在相同的温度和时间条件下,用牛皮纸袋保存样品的碱解氮变化较磨口瓶装和自封塑料袋装的要大;考虑到成本和便利,测定碱解氮的土壤样品保存以塑料自封袋为宜。
In order to study the affection of sample preservation process on the content of effective nitrogen in soil samples,soil samples of three different kind(red soil,yellow cinnamon soil and shajiang black Soil)have been se⁃lect for effective nitrogen measurement after storage in different containers,under different temperatures and through different times.The results show:the content of effective nitrogen have positive correlation with preservation time un⁃der certain temperature,and have positive correlation with temperature when stored for a certain time as well.So the samples for effective nitrogen should be stored for a short time under low temperature.Under same temperature and preservation time,the change of effect nitrogen contents stored in kraft paper bag is larger than plastic ziplock bag.Considering the cost and convenience of soil sample preservation,plastic ziplock bag is a better option.
