血清性激素检验在女性闭经后萎缩性尿道炎诊断中的应用价值

Serum sex hormones in diagnosis of atrophic urethritis in women with amenorrhea

目的检测女性闭经后萎缩性尿道炎患者的血清性激素水平,以探讨性激素测定在诊断女性闭经后萎缩性尿道炎中的应用价值。方法选择2016年1月至2019年12月本院收治的132例闭经后萎缩性尿道炎患者为观察组,年龄范围为22~53岁;选取同期在本院进行健康体检的月经正常女性180例为对照组,年龄范围为23~49岁。对以上两组受试者采用化学发光法进行血清促卵泡激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(luteotropic hormone,LH)、泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)、孕酮(progesterone,P)、睾酮(testostertone,T)及雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))水平检测。结果观察组FSH、LH、PRL水平分别为(10.52±12.58)mIU/ml、(11.08±8.67)mIU/ml、(33.36±27.89)μg/L,均明显高于正常对照组(5.17±2.79)mIU/ml、(4.21±2.43)mIU/ml、(15.94±5.83)μg/L,E_(2)水平为(33.44±10.23)pg/ml,明显低于正常对照组(48.11±17.06)pg/ml,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组受检者T、P水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论血清性激素水平能有效反映女性闭经后萎缩性尿道炎情况,可为临床诊断和治疗提供可靠的依据。

Objective To investigate the value of sex hormones in the diagnosis of atrophic urethritis in amenorrhea women through the determination of their serum sex hormone levels.Methods One hundred and thirty-two amenorrhea patients with atrophic urethritis treated at our hospital from January,2016 to December,2019 were selected as an observation group,22-53 years old,and 180 women with normal menstruation who underwent a physical examination at our hospital during the same period were selected as a control group,23-49 years old.The serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteotropic hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),progesterone(P),testostertone(T),and estradiol(E_(2))in both groups were detected by the chemiluminescent method.Results The levels of FSH,LH,and PRL were significantly higher and the E_(2) level was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group[(10.52±12.58)mIU/ml vs.(5.17±2.79)mIU/ml,(11.08±8.67)mIU/ml vs.(4.21±2.43)mIU/ml,(33.36±27.89)μg/L vs.(15.94±5.83)μg/L,and(33.44±10.23)pg/ml vs.(48.11±17.06)pg/ml;all P<0.05].The levels of P and T were(0.49±0.28)ng/ml and(0.38±0.24)ng/ml in the observation group,and were(0.44±0.31)ng/ml and(0.42±0.18)ng/ml in the control group,respectively,with no statistical differences(both P>0.05).Conclusion Serum sex hormone levels can effectively reflect the condition of atrophic urethritis in women with amenorrhea,and can provide reliable references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
