社区跟进式护理对社区脑卒中康复患者自我护理能力的影响研究

Influence of community follow-up nursing on self-care ability of patients taking community rehabilitation after stroke

目的探究社区跟进式护理对社区脑卒中康复患者自我护理能力的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月广州市天河区华农社区卫生服务中心与暨南大学附属第一医院收治的78例社区脑卒中康复患者作为研究对象,并根据随机分配原则将其分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。对照组中男20例,女19例;年龄(60.17±2.38)岁(48~71岁);实施常规护理。观察组中男有21例,女18例;年龄(60.47±2.20)岁(49~71岁);实施社区跟进式护理。比较两组患者在出院6个月后的自我护理能力。结果对照组自我责任感评分为(21.08±3.12)分、自我概念评分为(23.34±2.71)分、健康知识水平评分为(43.84±4.62)分、自我护理技能评分为(23.09±2.71)分、总分为(112.82±10.25)分,观察组分别为(28.22±4.05)分、(29.87±3.77)分、(49.86±3.89)分、(30.03±4.51)分、(132.94±10.87)分,观察组在自我责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平、自我护理技能方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论跟进式护理可有效提高社区脑卒中康复患者的自我护理能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of community follow-up nursing on self-care ability of patients taking community rehabilitation after stroke.Methods Seventy-eight patients taking community rehabilitation after stroke who were treated at Huanong Community Health Service Center,and First Hospital,Jinan University from December,2018 to December,2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases in each group.There were 20 males and 19 females in the control group;they were 48-71 years old,with an average of(60.17±2.38).There were 21 males and 18 females in the control group;they were 49-71 years old,with an average of(60.47±2.20).The control group were routinely cared,and the observation group took community follow-up nursing.Six months after discharge,the self-care abilities were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-responsibility,self-concept,health knowledge master,and self-nursing skills and the total score were(21.08±3.12),(23.34±2.71),(43.84±4.62),(23.09±2.71),and(112.82±10.25)in the control group,and were(28.22±4.05),(29.87±3.77),(49.86±3.89),(30.03±4.51),and(132.94±10.87),with statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Follow-up nursing can effectively improve the self-care ability of patients taking community rehabilitation after stroke,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
