智能运动反馈训练联合功能性电刺激在脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨智能运动反馈训练联合功能性电刺激(FES)对脑梗死偏瘫患者手功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选择本院2017年6月至2020年6月收治的脑梗死偏瘫患者106例,依照随机数字表法分为对照组(53例)和观察组(53例)。对照组男26例,女27例,年龄(60.56±4.19)岁;观察组男28例,女25例,年龄(60.59±4.21)岁。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施智能运动反馈训练联合FES干预。比较两组干预前和干预6周后手腕运动功能[简化Fugl-Meyer手腕部量表(FMA-UE)]和日常生活能力[日常生活能力量表(Ability of Daily Living,ADL)]评分,于干预6周后调查患者的护理满意度。结果干预前两组患者的FMA-UE、ADL评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组干预6周后FMA-UE(29.94±3.52)分、ADL(49.82±5.42)分,均高于对照组的(25.19±3.47)分、(40.11±5.36)分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度中护理态度(21.12±2.14)分、住院环境(22.25±1.52)分、操作技术(22.11±1.51)分、健康宣教(22.27±1.08)分,均高于对照组的(18.92±2.13)分、(18.94±2.16)分、(19.05±2.20)分、(19.18±2.16)分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论智能运动反馈训练联合FES干预能够改善脑梗死偏瘫患者运动功能,促进患者日常生活能力提高,从而提升护理满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of intelligent exercise feedback training combined with functional electrical stimulation(FES)on hand function and daily living ability of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods A total of 106 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected and were divided into a control group[53 cases,including 26 males,27 females,aged(60.56±4.19)]and an observation group[53 cases,including 28 males,25 females,aged(60.59±4.21)]according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received intelligent exercise feedback training combined with FES intervention on the basis.Wrist motor function[Simplified Fugl-Meyer Wrist Scale(FMA-UE)]and Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)scores were compared between the two groups before and 6 weeks after the intervention,and nursing satisfaction of patients were investigated after 6 weeks of intervention.Results There was no statistically significant difference in FMA-UE or ADL score between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05);the FMA-UE score[(29.94±3.52)points]and ADL score[(49.82±5.42)points]of the observation group after the intervention were higher than those of the control group[(25.19±3.47)points and(40.11±5.36)points],with statistically significant differences(both P<0.05).The scores of nursing attitude[(21.12±2.14)points],hospitalization environment[(22.25±1.52)points],operation technique[(22.11±1.51)points],and health promotion and education[(22.27±1.08)points]of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(18.92±2.13)points,(18.94±2.16)points,(19.05±2.20)points,(19.18±2.16)points],with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Intelligent exercise feedback training combined with FES intervention can improve the motor function of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,promote the improvement of patients'ability of daily living,and thus improve nursing satisfaction.
