Etiology and functional exercise prevention of shoulder joint dysfunction in breast cancer survivors

乳腺癌是我国女性最常见的癌症,随着生存率的显著提高,降低治疗相关并发症是改善患者生活质量的关键。乳腺癌患者术后患侧肩关节功能障碍是术后常见的并发症,以关节活动度下降、僵硬疼痛、肌肉萎缩为主要表现。手术、放疗是常见的危险因素,功能锻炼是指南推荐的经济有效的预防措施。本文现对肩关节功能障碍的病因和功能锻炼预防现状进行概述,旨在为临床康复提供指导和参考。

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in China.With the significant improvement of survival rate,reducing treatment-related complications is the key to improve patients'quality of life.Shoulder joint dysfunction on the operative side of breast cancer is a common complication of postoperative patients,which is mainly manifested by reduced range of motion,stiffness and pain,and muscular atrophy.Surgery and radiation therapy are common risk factors,and functional exercise is recommended as a cost-effective preventive measure.This article reviewed the etiology of shoulder joint dysfunction and the status quo of functional exercise prevention in order to provide suggestion and references for clinical rehabilitation.
