改良式楔形切除法与单纯切除法在小阴唇整形术中的临床疗效分析

Comparison of the clinical effects of modified wedge resection and simple resection in labiaplasty

目的探讨改良式楔形切除法与单纯切除法2种小阴唇整形术的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2020年12月本院收治的56例小阴唇肥大患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(小阴唇改良式中央楔形切除术)和对照组(小阴唇单纯切除术)各28例,观察组年龄(30.52±3.18)岁,对照组年龄(31.94±4.18)岁。比较两组患者的术后并发症及自我感官情况。结果观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组[10.71%(3/28)比35.71%(10/28)],两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.91,P=0.027);治疗后患者满意度调查,观察组总满意度高于对照组[89.28%(25/28)比57.14%(16/28)],两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.50,P<0.001)。结论在小阴唇肥大整形术中,改良式中央楔形切除法较小阴唇单纯切除法术后并发症少、效果更好、患者更满意。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of modified wedge resection and simple resection in labiaplasty.Methods A total of 56 patients with labiaminora hypertrophy in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group[modified central wedge resection for labia minora,28 cases aged(30.52±3.18)]and a control group[simple resection for labia minora,28 cases aged(31.94±4.18)].Postoperative complications and self-perception were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[10.71%(3/28)vs.35.71%(10/28)](χ^(2)=4.91,P=0.027).After treatment,the total satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[89.28%(25/28)vs.57.14%(16/28)](χ^(2)=8.50,P<0.001).Conclusion The modified central wedge resection method has fewer complications,better effect,and higher patient satisfaction in labiaplasty compared with simple labia excision.
