摘要
作为景德镇地区唯一的地方性本科院校,应本着“地方性、应用型”的办学理念,围绕国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区建设的发展战略,必须在人才培养模式方面进行创新研究,培养出更适合试验区建设和发展的应用型专业型高复合型人才。
As the only local undergraduate college in Jingdezhen,it should be based on the school concept of"local,applicationoriented"and arrange the development strategy around the construction of the national ceramic culture inheritance and innovation experimental zone.It must carry out innovative research in the talent training model and cultivate application-oriented and professional high-complex talents that are more suitable for the construction and development of the experimental zone.
