中国地级市农产品加工业集聚经济效应研究

The Research of Agglomeration Effect on Chinese Prefecture-level City’s Agricultural Products Processing Industry

产业空间集聚产生的地方化经济和城市化经济,不仅为本区域企业带来递增的规模经济,而且可能存在空间溢出效应,促进其他区域产业的增长。基于中国农产品加工业12个二位数行业的数据,采用Moran指数测度地方化经济与城市化经济的空间相关性,构建空间杜宾模型对两种外部化经济与产业增长的关系进行实证检验,并将空间外部化经济分解为直接效应与间接效应,考察中国322个地级市(州)间农产品加工业集聚外部性的相互影响。结果发现:Moran指数检验表明,两种外部化经济在地级市间存在着显著的正向相互影响;地方化经济与城市化经济都显著地促进本区域农产品加工业的发展,行业内企业间的竞争、企业的资本投入以及政府的产业支持政策等因素,同样正向地影响农产品加工业的发展;空间溢出效应的结果表明,相邻地级间农产品加工业集聚外部性存在相互影响,更换权重矩阵等的稳健性检验结果,与全样本估计结果变化不大。

The localization economy and urbanization economy formed by industrial agglomeration will not only improve company’s profits in the region,but may have spatial effect on the adjacent regions.Based on the data of twelve sector of agricultural products processing industry in Chinese prefecture-level city from 2008 to 2018,the paper used Moran’s index to test the spatial correlation of localization and urbanization economies and then constructed spatial model to explore the relationship between the two external economies and industrial growth.The result of the direct effect and spatial spillover effect by decomposing the main variables,investigated the interaction effect of agricultural products processing industry at prefecture-level city level.Results indicated that:Moran’s index test shows that there is a significant positive interaction between the two externalized economies at the prefecture-level city level;Both the localization economy and the urbanization economy significantly promoted the development of agricultural products processing industry.Furthermore,the industrial competition,the investment of enterprise and the policy proposed by the government both significantly promoted industrial development.The results of spatial spillover effect indicate agglomeration externalities of agricultural products processing industry affect each other at prefecture-level city level.The robust test about changing spatial weight doesn’t affect the results of the whole samples.
