智慧教育平台属性对学习满意度的影响机理研究--基于学生参与度和学校管理视角 被引量:16

摘要 随着互联网、智能化等技术不断推进,传统的课堂教育已经无法满足学习者的知识获取倾向,智慧城市、智慧教育、智慧交通等新模式不断产生,学习者通过跨地域、线上交流等方式扩充知识。使用多元评价方法,选取2019—2020年全国15所高校892名学生多个时点的调查问卷数据,构建多重中介效应模型,采用层级回归和结构方程模型回归,研究智慧教育平台属性对学习满意度的中介效应,并引入学校管理作为调节机制。研究结果表明:(1)智慧教育平台属性对不同学生参与度和学习满意度均有正向作用+(2)学生参与度在智慧教育平台属性和学习满意度之间起着多重中介作用,均部分中介了两者之间的正向作用机制,且通过情感维度得到的中介效应最大,认知维度次之,行为维度最小+(3)学校管理存在着正向的调节作用,即学校管理越有利于智慧教育,学生参与度在智慧教育平台属性和学习满意度之间的中介作用越大。不同学校管理制度对学生参与度和学习满意度的影响存在差异,但总体都是正向作用的。所以,智慧教育平台不仅要改善自身属性,高校也要构建完善的管理制度体系,共同提高学生参与度,改善学习满意度。 With the development of the Intemet and other itelligenat techoologies,traditional education has been unable to meet the need for leamer's knowledge acquisition.Thenefore,smart city,smart education,and smart traunsportation are adding convenience to people's life.Leamers expand their knowledge via ros-regional online learming and communication by emart education.Adopting the multiple eraluation method,questionnaire data fom 892 students of 15 universitis in China from 2019 to 2020 were used to eonstruct a muliple modiating efeet model.Morower,hienarehical regression and stuetural equation model regression were appied to study the mediating llect of itelligent educeation paform atribute on learming satisfaction and the moderating eflct of school management.The studly has several findings.First,itelligegnt education platform atributrse have a positive effeet on students’partieipution and learming sutisfection.Soond,students'participation plays a positive mediating role in the influence of itelligeant education platform atributes on leaming satisfaction.In addition,emotion has the stronget mediating llect,fllowed by coguition and behaviour.Third.school management has a.positive moderating ffct beteen itelligent education platfom atributee and learning satisfaction,which suggests that the mediuting efeet of student participation is stromnger with the improvement of school management.Despite the varying inluenes of dilerent shool managenent systems,the overall moderating ffet is positive.There fore,an inelligent education platform should promote its atibutesand a better schoul management syptemn needs to be establishedto increase students'participation and leaming satisfaction.
