近年来,随着集装箱铁水联运业务的快速发展,港口公司铁路作业区的业务量迅猛增加。集装箱的装卸作业作为铁路运输中的重要环节,装卸效率的高低对整个铁路部门的生产有着极大的影响。为了适应铁水联运模式下铁路作业区集装箱现代化管理的要求,保障铁路集装箱站场装卸作业的高效性及准确性,基于对港口铁路作业区的实际调研,确定了铁水联运模式下铁路集装箱站场的作业模式和业务流程,设计并实现了一套铁水联运模式下铁路集装箱装卸系统。

With the rapid development of the container rail-water combined transportation business in recent years,the workload of railway operation areas in port companies has increased a lot.As a vital part of railway transportation,the efficiency of container handling has a great impact on the productivity of the whole railway department.In order to meet the requirements of modern management of railway containers under the rail-water combined transportation mode,and to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of handling operations in railway container station,based on the actual investigation of the railway operation area of the port,the operation mode and business process of the railway container station under the rail-water combined transportation mode are determined,and the Railway Container Handling System under the rail-water combined transportation mode is designed and implemented.
