“两个擦亮”视域下的侨校马克思主义理论学科研究生培养探析——以华侨大学为例

摘要 “两个擦亮”即“擦亮我国大学最鲜亮的底色”和“擦亮侨校金字招牌”,这对侨校马克思主义理论学科研究生培养具有重要的指导意义。“两个擦亮”视域下的侨校马克思主义理论学科研究生培养思路,强调盘活存量、推进增量、吸收借鉴;培养任务强调从“做了什么”向“做出了什么效果”转变,通过固根基、扬优势、补短板、强弱项以实现提质增效的目标;培养举措强调通过引导观念更新、推进制度创新、孵化标志性教学成果等多措并举,形成合力;培养着力点强调方法上将“从后思索”和“向前看”统一起来,评价上将过程性与目标性统一起来,主体上将教师与学生、教与学统一起来。 "Two polishes",that is,"polish the brightest background of our universities"and"polish the golden signs of overseas Chinese universities",have important guiding significance for the cultivation of graduate students in the subject of Marxist theory in overseas Chinese universities.The train of thought for graduate students in Marxist theory disciplines in overseas Chinese universities under the perspective of"Two Polishes"emphasizes revitalizing the stock,advancing the increment,absorbing and referring.The training task emphasizes the transition from"what has been done"to"what effect has been achieved",and achieves the goal of improving quality and efficiency through consolidating foundation,fostering strengths,overcoming shortcomings and improving weaknesses.The training measures emphasize the formation of synergy through multiple measures such as guiding concept updates,promoting system innovation,and incubating landmark teaching results.The focus of training emphasizes in method the unification of"thinking from behind"and"looking forward",in evaluation the unification of process and goal,and in the main subject the unification of teachers and students,and teaching and learning.
