摘要
二本普通高校学生参与教师科研及课程转化需克服很多困难,既需要心态转变,还需建立相关制度和奖惩机制,以达到有效监管和保护师生利益的目的。项目运行中整合校内外的各项资源,结合机械团队现有的教科研项目及各项大学生学科竞赛,在1-4年内逐步实现学生的有效参与。以力学课程为突破口,以点带面实现多门机械类基础课程科研和教学的互相转化。师生互利互助,形成良好的生态循环系统。
Second-batch universities students'participation in teachers'scientific research and curriculum transformation needs to overcome many difficulties.We need to change our mindset and also establish relevant systems and reward and punishment mechanisms so as to achieve the purpose of effective supervision and protection of the benefit of teachers and students.Combined with the existing teaching and scientific research projects of the mechanical team and various university students'subject competitions,we need to integrates all kinds of resources inside and outside the school and realize the effective participation of students in 1-4 years.Taking mechanics course as a breakthrough,we will realize the mutual transformation between scientific research and teaching of several basic mechanical courses.Mutual benefit and mutual assistance between teachers and students help to form a good ecological circulation system.
