摘要
在阐述蒙台梭利“工作”思想与劳动教育关系的基础上,分析小学劳动教育幼小衔接过程中存在的问题并提出改进意见:幼小衔接目标模糊,要厘清劳动教育幼小衔接目标;幼小衔接内容不全面,应完善劳动教育幼小衔接内容;幼小衔接的价值引导发生畸变,应引导儿童形成正确的劳动价值观。
On the basis of the relationship between Montessori's thought of“work”and labor education,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of connecting labor education between kindergarten and primary school and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The objectives of labor education connection should be clarified;The content of labor education connection is not comprehensive and should be improved.The value guidance of the connection is distorted,and children should be guided to form the correct value of labor.
