摘要
[目的/意义]信息搜索过程中用户的学习行为是近年来交互式信息检索、探索式搜索等领域的一个重要议题——"搜索即学习"正在引起国内外越来越多学者们的关注。相关研究多利用信息搜索实验研究方法对用户的学习效果进行定量分析。[方法/过程]文章尝试从信息搜索活动的过程视角出发,利用混合方法研究范式,综合体验式搜索实验、质性访谈、现象学研究等手段来讨论信息搜索用户的学习交互影响因素问题。[结果/结论]用户—搜索系统交互、用户—搜索引擎结果页面交互、用户—搜索内容交互、用户—其他用户交互以及用户—个人知识体系交互5个方面是构成信息搜索过程中用户学习交互框架的主要维度。相关研究结论能够为增强信息搜索用户的交互体验与学习效能提供帮助,并对优化信息搜索系统的交互设计与学习服务功能产生启示。
[Purpose/significance] In recent years, users’ learning behavior in the process of information search have become an important topic in the fields of Interactive Information Retrieval and Exploratory Search, "search as learning" is attracting more and more scholars’ attention.Relevant researches mostly use the Information Search Experimental Research Method to conduct quantitative analysis on users’ learning performance.[Method/process] From the perspective of the process of information search, this paper attempts to discuss the factors influencing the learning interaction of information search users by using the mixed method research paradigm, integrated experiential search experiment, qualitative interview, phenomenological research and other means.[Result/conclusion] It is found that user interaction with Search System(U-S),Search Engine Results Page(U-SERP),Search Content(U-C),Information Search User(U-U) and User personal Knowledge(U-PK) are main dimensions of user learning interaction framework in the process of information search.Relevant research conclusions can provide help and enlightenment for enhancing the interaction experience and learning efficiency of information search users and optimizing the interaction design and learning service function of information search system.
