基于三元交互模型的社会化搜索用户行为研究

Research on Users’ Information Search Behavior under Social Search Context: Based on Triadic Reciprocal Determinism

[目的/意义]社会化搜索具有开放性、多元化的特点,本研究基于社会认知理论,利用三元交互模型,从个体认知、环境因素两方面研究对个人行为的影响,探索不同信息素养水平的用户在不同环境下所表现的社会化搜索交互行为特点。[方法/过程]个体认知指信息素养,环境因素指信息素养培育、话题熟悉度和感知任务难度,个人行为指用户的搜索平台使用行为、检索行为、阅读行为、记录行为和互动行为。文章通过设计搜索实验获取57名被试的搜索日志,使用t检验及U检验对数据进行分析,探究信息素养及培育、话题熟悉度和感知任务难度对用户社会化搜索交互行为的影响。[结果/结论]信息素养能够显著影响用户的检索行为和互动行为;信息素养培育能够消除初始信息素养水平对信息行为带来的影响;话题熟悉度能够显著影响用户的检索行为和互动行为,感知任务难度未对用户的搜索交互行为产生显著影响。

[Purpose/significance] On the basis of social cognitive theory,this paper investigated users’ information search behavior under social search context because of its openness and diversity. [Method/process] Quasi-experiment was designed to collect the experiment data from participants and data then were analyzed to explore the effect of information literacy、its education、familiarity of topic and perceived difficulty of task on users’ information search behavior. [Result/conclusion] It was found that information literacy,as well as the familiarity of topic has significant effects on users’ retrieval behavior and interaction with other users. Education of information literacy can eliminate the significant difference of information search behavior caused by initial level of users’ information literacy,while perceived difficulty of task doesn’t appear to have the above-mentioned effects. Relevant research conclusions can provide ideas for future research in the cultivation of social search users’ information literacy and the functional design of social search platforms.
