摘要
[目的/意义]研究基于虚拟学术社区的科研人员合作影响因素,有利于推动虚拟学术社区的建设、推进学术同行间的科研合作与知识交流。[方法/过程]以虚拟学术社区中的科研人员为研究对象,基于生态系统原理和理性行为理论等基础理论、定性与定量相结合的混合研究方法,借鉴学术界相关领域研究结论,探索虚拟学术社区科研合作影响因素,发现虚拟学术社区科研合作的特殊性和规律性。[结果/结论]虚拟学术社区科研合作系统的科研合作主体、科研合作对象和科研合作媒介三要素的分布、互动、竞争和演化具有明显的生态系统特征。定性分析结果显示,主体间网络关系、主体—媒介间关系均对虚拟学术社区科研合作产生影响。实证研究发现,主体间网络关系对虚拟学术社区中科研人员的个体认知和科研合作意愿有显著的影响,主体—媒介间关系对虚拟学术社区中科研人员的科研合作情感和个体认知有显著的正向影响,并且个体认知在主体间网络关系、主体—媒介间关系与科研合作意愿的关系中发挥了中介的作用。
[Purpose/significance] The research on the influencing factors of researchers’ cooperation based on virtual academic community is conducive to the construction of virtual academic community and the promotion of scientific research cooperation and knowledge exchange among academic peers.[Method/process] Taking scientific researchers in the virtual academic community as the research object, based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods such as the principles of the ecosystem and rational behavior, and drawing on the research conclusions in the relevant fields of the academia to explore the virtual academic Influencing factors of community scientific research cooperation, found the particularity and regularity of virtual academic community scientific research cooperation.[Result/conclusion] The distribution, interaction, competition and evolution of the three elements of the scientific research cooperation subject, scientific research cooperation object and scientific research cooperation medium of the virtual academic community scientific research cooperation system have obvious ecosystem characteristics.The qualitative analysis results show that the network relationship between the subjects and the relationship between the subjects and the media all have an impact on the scientific research cooperation of the virtual academic community.Empirical studies have found that the inter-subject network relationship will have a significant impact on relations between individual cognition and the scientific research cooperation of science research in the academic community.The relationship between the subject and medium of virtual research collaboration of science research in the academic community has significant positive influence on emotion and individual cognition.In addition, the individual cognitive plays an intermediary role in the relationship between subjects, as well as the relationship between media and the scientific research cooperation intention.
