摘要
通过对反应压力、反应温度、乙酸乙烯(VAC)、原料中惰性气体含量、高压分离器(V-107)底部温度等影响乙烯-乙酸乙烯树脂(EVA)膜产品质量的因素进行研究,采取针对性的解决方法。通过采取适当提高反应压力,降低原料中惰性气体含量,严格控制高压分离器底部温度等措施,提高EVA膜产品质量,保证产品质量的稳定。
The effects of reaction pressure,reaction temperature,VAC,inert gas content in raw materials and bottom temperature of high pressure separator(V-107)on the quality of ethylene-vinyl Acetate(Eva)film were studied,take a targeted approach.It can increase the reaction pressure,reduce the content of inert gas in raw material,control the bottom temperature of high-pressure separator strictly,improve the quality of Eva Film and ensure the stability of product quality.
