摘要
催化裂化装置是炼油企业的核心装置,操作条件复杂,具有操作温度高、设备磨损、生焦、腐蚀严重等诸多问题。本文介绍了基于风险的检验(RBI)在某石化企业催化裂化装置大检修中的应用,根据风险等级和后果等级对装置进行风险排序,并制定基于风险的检修策略。同时采用常规检验技术依据相关标准和规范制定检验策略。通过对比两种检验策略的检验工作量、检验方法、检修费用等,得出了RBI检验的合理性和优越性结论。
Catalytic cracking unit is the core unit of oil refining enterprises,with complex operating conditions,high operating temperature,equipment wear,coking,serious corrosion and many other problems.This paper introduces the application of risk based inspection(RBI)in the overhaul of FCC unit in a petrochemical enterprise.According to the risk level and consequence level,the risk of the unit is sorted,and the maintenance strategy based on risk is formulated.At the same time,conventional inspection technology is used to formulate inspection strategy according to relevant standards and specifications.By comparing the inspection workload,inspection method and maintenance cost of the two inspection strategies,the rationality and superiority of RBI inspection are concluded.
