酒东联合站原油计量交接优化研究

A research on optimization method of stocktaking and crude oil metering in Jiudong joint station

采用数据融合算法优化原油计量,建立原油储罐净库存动态计算模型,并对质量法交接计量进行了研究,最后结合历史数据进行对比分析,结果表明该方法可以用于联合站动态油量的计量,实现了原油计量交接优化。

This paper analyzes the causes of measurement error,researches optimize inventory calculated by using data fusion method,establishes a net crude oil storage tank inventory dynamic model,mass transfer and metering method has been studied,and finally combined with historical data,the results show that the method can be used to calculate the amount of oil,the transfer of crude oil consumption will be further reduced,and automation of crude oil metering is implemented.
