水泥灌浆技术在单层海管立管维修中的应用

摘要 海上采油平台早期设计的单层水海管水下护管未通过锚固件封口,会造成海水进入立管与护管间之间环空,该区域潮湿多盐,并且海管内外温度差易形成冷凝水,容易导致潮差段处立管外部腐蚀穿孔,影响海管正常使用。在此背景下,单层海管立管水泥灌浆修复技术的提出及成功应用有效解决了这一难题。 In the early design of offshore oil production platform,the single-layer water pipe under water is not sealed by anchor piece,which will cause the seawater to enter the annulus between the riser and the pipe,the area is damp and salty,and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the pipe is easy to form condensed water,it is easy to cause external corrosion perforation of standpipe in tidal range,which affects the normal use of sea pipe.Under this background,the cement grouting repair technology of single-layer sea pipe risers has been put forward and successfully applied to solve this problem effectively.
