可控式分酸分注一体化工艺技术的研究与应用

Research and application of integrated process technology of controllable acid separation and separate injection

首先介绍了分酸分注一体化工艺的发展及应用,然后自主研发了可控式分酸分注一体化工艺,设计并加工了分酸分注工具,对其喷酸器的密封性能进行了试验。对于2层及2层以上酸化的注水井,可以实现可控式分酸分注,提高酸化和注水效果,对华北油田注水井提质增效具有重要意义。

Firstly,the development and application of acid separation and injection integration technology are introduced,then this paper independently developed a controlled acid separation and injection integration process,designed and processed a controlled acid separation and injection tool,the sealing performance test of the acid sprayer are carried out.For two and more layers of acid injection wells,acid separation and injection tools can realize controllable acid separation,improve acidification water injection effect,it is important for quality improvement and efficiency in water injection wells in PetroChina Huabei Oilfield.
