摘要
经过对海底管道透水事故分析,基本确定引起管道泄漏的主要原因是垢下腐蚀穿孔,在此基础上明确了垢下腐蚀的形成因素。并从这些因素出发,提出了几种有效降低管道内部结垢,减缓内部腐蚀的方法和措施。不仅对以后新建海管的系统设计有重要的参考价值,而且对在役海管的运维保护上也有很好的指导意义。
Through the analysis of submarine pipeline flooding accident,it is basically determined that the main cause of pipeline leakage is corrosion perforation under scale,and on this basis,the forming factors of corrosion under scale are defined.Based on these factors,several methods and measures are put forward to effectively reduce internal scaling and slow down internal corrosion of pipelines.It not only has important reference value for the system design of new submarine pipelines in the future,but also has good guiding significance for the operation and maintenance protection of existing submarine pipelines.
