基于摇杆滑块机构自动砂轮切割机的设计与研究

摘要 浇口切割是熔模精密铸造技术的后处理工序,采用手动切割机切割,劳动强度大,生产效率低。根据工程实际中的生产需求,对切割机的外观和机械结构进行设计,基于摇杆滑块机构原理对切割机构进行优化。采用SolidWorks对机械结构进行三维建模,利用Motion验证改进切割机构的可靠性,使用Simulation对关键部件进行有限元分析。改善切割机的切割能力,提高砂轮切割机的自动化程度。 Gate cutting is a post-processing process of investment casting technology.Because this process uses a manual cutting machine to cut,it leads to high labor intensity and low production efficiency.According to the actual production needs of the project,design the appearance and mechanical structure of the cutting machine.And optimize the cutting mechanism based on the principle of rocker slider mechanism.Use SolidWorks to model the mechanical structure in three dimensions,use Motion to verify and improve the reliability of the cutting mechanism,and use Simulation to perform finite element analysis on key components.Improve the cutting ability of the cutting machine and increase the degree of automation of the grinding wheel cutting machine.
