摘要
基于计量型的测量系统分析(MSA)方法,以航空发动机叶片型面参数测量系统为例,选取某叶片的检测数据进行分析,采样前缘厚度(LE THK)数据,对偏倚、线性、重复性和再现性进行深入研究并附带图表加以说明。研究表明:在相同的环境因素和测量方法条件下,现有的测量系统的偏倚和线性可接受,测量仪器符合要求;重复性和再现性可接受,测量人员的操作符合要求;整个测量系统稳定可靠。
Taking the profile parameter measurement system of an aero-engine blade as an example,the final variables data of a certain type of blade is selected for analysisbased on the metrological measurement system analysis(MSA).Sampling the data of leading-edge thickness(LE THK),conduct an in-depth study of bias,linearity,repeatability and reproducibility,and illustrate with figures and tables.The research shows that under the same environmental factors and measurement method,the bias and linearity of the existing measurement system are acceptable so that the measuring machine meets the requirements.The repeatability and reproducibility are acceptable so that the operation of the surveyors meet the requirements.The entire measurement system meets the requirements.
