摘要 为解决喷油器驱动回路阻抗变化导致驱动电流控制精度下降的问题,提出了一种驱动电流可自校正的喷油器驱动方法。首先定义一组驱动电流的特征值来描述驱动电流的物理形态,然后在每个驱动周期中高速采样驱动电流各阶段的峰值和谷值,最后依据实际值和控制值之间的偏差,通过模糊控制规则在线调节特征值实现驱动电流自校正。试验结果表明,该方法可以自动校正驱动电流各阶段的电流值,保持各缸喷油器驱动电流的一致,同时抑制电磁阀老化对驱动电流产生的不利影响,进而延缓喷油特性的恶化并延长电磁阀的使用寿命。 In order to solve the problem that the control accuracy of driving current decreases due to the impedance change of the driving circuit of the injector,a driving method of the injector with self-correcting driving current is proposed.Firstly,a set of characteristic values of driving current is defined to describe the physical form of driving current,and the peak and valley values of driving current in each driving cycle are sampled at high speed.Then,according to the deviation between the actual value and the control value,the characteristic value is adjusted online by fuzzy control rules to achieve the purpose of self-correcting of driving current.The experimental results show that the method can automatically correct the current value of each stage of the driving current,keep the driving current of each cylinder injector consistent,inhibit the adverse effect of solenoid valve aging on the driving current,delay the deterioration speed of fuel injection characteristics,and prolong the service life of solenoid valve.
