进展期脑梗死采用低分子肝素钙与氯吡格雷的整体疗效探析

Overall Curative Effect Analysis of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium and Clopidogrel in Advanced Cerebral Infarction

目的探析对进展期脑梗死患者采用低分子肝素钙与氯吡格雷的整体疗效(包括治疗效果、日常生活自理能力、病情伤残情况)。方法研究对象纳入时间为2017年1月至2019年12月,均为收治于我院的进展期脑梗死患者,共122例。根据随机平均的研究原则,分为A组和B组。A组给予低分子肝素钙皮下注射,B组在给予低分子肝素钙基础上给予氯吡格雷口服。治疗时间为2周。结果治疗后对两组治疗效果予以判定,结果A组总有效率73.77%、B组总有效率90.16%,两组对比,P<0.05。治疗后对两组BI予以评定,结果A组(40.09±2.23)、B组(49.13±7.09),两组对比,P<0.05。治疗后对两组mRS评分予以评定,结果A组(3.13±0.35)分、B组(2.16±0.29)分,两组对比,P<0.05。结论对进展期脑梗死患者采用低分子肝素钙与氯吡格雷在提高治疗效果、日常生活自理能力和减轻病情伤残情况方面的整体效果明确。

Objective To analyze overall effect of low-molecular-weight heparin calcium and clopidogrel in advanced cerebral infarction (including treatment effect,ability to take care of themselves in daily life,and disability condition).Methods We chose 122 cases of patients with advanced cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019.According to random average research principle,divided them into group A and B.Group A was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium and subcutaneous injection,and group B with low molecular weight heparin calcium by oral clopidogrel,treatment time was 2 weeks.Results After treatment,evaluated treatment effect of two groups.Results The total effective rate of group A was 73.77%,and that of group B was 90.16%.Comparison between two groups showed P<0.05.After treatment,evaluated BI of two groups,the BI score of group A was (40.09±2.23) and that of group B (49.13±7.09),P<0.05.After treatment,evaluated mRS scores of two groups,the score of group A was (3.13±0.35) and that of group B was (2.16±0.29),P<0.05.Conclusion low-molecular-weight heparin calcium and clopidogrel intreatment of advanced cerebral infarction can achieve clear overall effect in improving treatment effect,self-care ability in daily life,and reducing disability.
