摘要
随着社会的发展,生活水平的提高,人们越来越注重生活的质量和身体健康,对事物中所携带的病菌也更加担忧,而大肠杆菌是人和许多动物肠道中最为主要且数目最多的一种细菌,且仍有少部分特殊类型的大肠杆菌具有相当强的毒性。人类一旦感染,将会造成不堪设想的疫情。于是怎么样能快速检测病菌,成为不可小觑的问题,也是本研究的重点内容。本文研究分析大肠杆菌O157:H7的致病性并综述基于微流控的快速检测技术的相关研究。
With development of society and improvement of living standards,people pay more attention to life quality and physical health,and they are more worried about bacteria carried in things.Escherichia coli is the most important and maximum bacteria in intestines of humans and many animals,and there are still small number of special types of E.coLi being quite toxic.Once humans are infected,they may cause unimaginable epidemics.Therefore,how to detect germs fast has become a problem that cannot be underestimated as research focus.The article studies and analyzes severity and pathogenicity of Escherichia coLi O157:H7 and related research review of fast detection technology based on microfluidics.
