单牙即刻种植椅旁数字化即刻修复的方法

Digital and Immediate Restoration Method for Chair-side Single Tooth Immediate Implantation

目的对单牙即刻种植椅旁数字化即刻修复的方法进行研究探讨。方法研究对象选取自2017年12月至2019年12月我院所接收的70例单牙缺失牙列缺损患者,按照患者入院的先后关系,将2018年12月前收治的35例患者纳入对比组,将2018年12月后收治的35例患者纳入研究组,给予对比组患者延期种植修复,给予观察组患者单牙即刻种植椅旁数字化即刻修复,比较两组患者修复体制作耗时以及两组患者对各功能的满意程度。结果研究组患者的印模制取、加工设计、椅旁调改以及总耗时皆少于对比组,P<0.05;研究组对附着高度、咀嚼功能、整体美观的满意度皆高于对比组,P<0.05。结论对单牙缺失牙列缺损患者使用单牙即刻种植椅旁数字化即刻修复的方法,能够有效缩短印模制取耗时、加工设计耗时、椅旁调改耗时以及总耗时,使患者能够更快接受治疗,减少痛苦时间,并提高患者对术后各功能的满意程度,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广使用。

Objective To study and discuss method of digital immediate restoration of chairside single tooth immediate implant.Methods We chose 70 patients with single tooth loss and dentition defect received in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019.According to admission order,35 patients admitted before December 2018 were included in comparison group,35 patients admitted after December 2018 in study group.Comparison group was treated with delayed implant restoration,and observation group with single-tooth immediate implant chair-side digital immediate restoration method.Compared time and degree of satisfaction of two groups with each function.Results The time spent on impression making,processing design,chairside adjustments and total time spent in study group were less than those of control group,P<0.05;the satisfaction with attachment height,chewing function,and overall aesthetics of study group were higher than those of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients with single tooth loss and dentition defect,single-tooth immediate implant and chair-side digital immediate restoration method can shorten time-consumingin impression making,processing design,chairside adjustment and modification and total time-consuming effectively,help them receive treatment faster,reduce painful time,and improve satisfaction with various functions after surgery,which is worthy of promotion for high clinical application value.
