比较后路减压联合短节段或长节段融合对退变性脊柱侧凸的治疗效果

Cuartive Effect Comparison of Posterior Decompression Combined with Short-segment Or Long-segment Fusion on Degenerative Scoliosis

目的探讨分析对退变性脊柱侧凸患者采用后路减压联合短节段或长节段固定融合治疗的临床应用效果。方法选取本院2016年1月到2019年1月期间收治的100例退变性脊柱侧凸患者进行此次研究,按照对患者采用的治疗方法进行分组,其中实施后路减压联合短节段固定融合治疗的50例患者作为短节段组,实行后路减压联合长节段固定融合治疗的50例患者作为长节段组。比较两组患者的手术各项指标、椎体融合效果以及远期疗效。结果短节段组患者的手术各项指标均明显优于长节段组患者(P<0.05);长节段组患者的椎体融合效果明显好于短节段组患者(P<0.05);长节段组患者的远期疗效明显高于短节段组患者(P<0.05)。结论根据本次研究的结果可以确认,对退变性脊柱侧凸患者采用后路减压联合长节段固定融合治疗,虽然会给患者带来较大的创伤,然而能够取得更好的远期疗效,还能够取得令人满意的椎间融合效果,所以具有临床推广价值。

Objective to explore and analyze clinical application effect of posterior decompression combined with short-segment or long-segment fixation and fusion for patients with degenerative scoliosis.Methods We chose 100 patients with degenerative scoliosis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 for study.According to treatment methods,50 patients in short-segment group were treated with posterior decompression combined with short-segment fixation,and 50 patients in long-segment group with with posterior decompression combined with long-segment fixed fusion treatment.Compare surgical indicators,effect of vertebral body fusion and long-term effect between two groups.Results surgical indicators of short-segment group were significantly better than long-segment group (P<0.05);vertebral body fusion effect of long-segment group was significantly better than short-segment group,(P<0.05);long-term curative effect of long-segment group was significantly higher than short-segment group (P<0.05).Conclusion according to study results,it can be confirmed that posterior decompression combined with long-segment fixation and fusion therapy can cause greater trauma to patients with degenerative scoliosis,but it can achieve better long-term results,satisfactory intervertebral fusion effect,which is of clinical promotion value.
