单纯全视网膜光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变研究

Study on Pure Panretinal Photocoagulation in Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨单纯全视网膜光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院2017年6月至2018年1月收治的40例糖尿病视网膜病变患者,采用单纯全视网膜光凝治疗,探讨治疗效果。结果本组患者中有24例显效,16例有效,0例无效,总有效率为100%;本组1眼术后出血,并发症率为2.5%,经过对症治疗后痊愈。结论单纯全视网膜光凝治疗可以提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床治疗效果,具有较高安全性的特点,适于在临床推广使用。

Objective to investigate clinical effect and safety of pure panretinal photocoagulation in treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods We chose 40 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to January 2018,treated them with panretinal photocoagulation and explore therapeutic effect.Results among patients of the group,24 cases were effective,16 cases effective,0 cases ineffective,with total effective rate of 100%;1 eye of the group had postoperative bleeding with complication rate of 2.5%,and healed after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion panretinal photocoagulation can improve clinical treatment effect of patients with diabetic retinopathy,with high safety characteristics,which is suitable for clinical application.
