护理干预对22号留置针应用于CT增强扫描效果及不良事件的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Effect of CT Enhanced Scanning and Adverse Events of 22 Gauge Indwelling Needle

目的分析护理干预对22号留置针应用于CT增强扫描效果及不良事件的影响。方法按照随机数表法,将2017年5月至2018年5月收治的78例CT增强扫描患者分为实验组和常规组,每组39例。给予常规组22号留置针穿刺,实验组在用22号留置针穿刺后给予护理干预,比较两组患者的MSSNS评分、CT增强扫描合格率、护理满意度以及不良事件发生率。结果两组患者的MSSNS评分、护理满意度以及不良事件发生率对比,干预后,实验组评分低于常规组,实验组的CT增强扫描合格率明显高于常规组,实验组的护理满意度明显高于常规组的护理满意度,实验组的不良事件发生率明显优于常规组的不良事件发生率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对22号留置针应用于CT增强扫描效果好,对不良事件有积极影响,能够提高扫描合格率,缓解患者负面情绪,值得推广和运用。

Objective to analyze effect of nursing intervention on effect of CT-enhanced scanning and adverse events of No.22 indwelling needle.Methods according to random number table method,divided 78 patients with enhanced CT scan admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 into experimental group and routine group,with 39 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with 22 gauge indwelling needle puncture,and experimental group with nursing intervention after 22 gauge indwelling needle puncture.Compare MSSNS score,CT enhanced scan pass rate,nursing satisfaction and adverse event rate of two groups.Results after intervention,score of experimental group were lower than routine group.Pass rate of CT enhanced scan of experimental group was significantly higher than routine group.Nursing satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than routine group,adverse event rate of experimental group was significantly better than routine group,and difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion nursing intervention has good effect on application of No.22 indwelling needle in CT enhanced scanning,and positive effect on adverse events,can improve scanning pass rate and relieve negative emotions of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
