预见性护理对CT增强扫描造影剂外渗的影响及护理满意度的影响

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Extravasation of Contrast Agent in CT Enhanced Scanning and Nursing Satisfaction

目的探讨预见性护理对CT增强扫描造影剂外渗的影响及护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院在2018年7月至2019年6月期间收治的105例CT增强扫描检查患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将该105例患者分为A、B两个组别,A组有患者52例,B组有患者53例。采用常规护理方式对A组患者进行护理干预,采用预见性护理方式对B组患者进行护理干预,观察比较两组患者的造影剂外渗情况以及患者对护理工作的满意情况。结果 A、B两组患者造影剂外渗发生率分别为25.00%和3.77%,B组显著低于A组(P<0.05);A、B两组患者对护理工作的满意度分别为76.92%和96.23%,B组显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理对CT增强扫描造影剂外渗的影响及护理满意度的影响显著,能够显著降低造影剂外渗情况的发生率以及显著提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective to study effect of predictive nursing on extravasation of contrast agent in CT-enhanced scanning and nursing satisfaction.Methods We chose 105 patients with enhanced CT scan examinations in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 as research objects.Divided them into two groups A and B by random number table method,52 patients in group A and 53 patients in group B.Carried out nursing intervention for patients in group A with routine nursing methods,and nursing intervention for group B with predictive nursing methods.Observed and compared extravasation of contrast agent and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results incidence of contrast agent extravasation in groups A and B were 25.00% and 3.77% respectively,that of group B was significantly lower than group A,data difference was significant (P<0.05);76.92% and 96.23% of patients in group A and B were satisfied with nursing,that of group B was significantly higher than group A,data difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion predictive nursing has significant impact on extravasation of contrast agent in CT-enhanced scanning and nursing satisfaction,can reduce incidence of contrast agent extravasation and improve nursing satisfaction significantly,which is worthy of clinical application.
