探讨品管圈护理在治未病健康教育中的效果

Effect Discussion of Quality Control Circle Nursing in Health Education of Disease Prevention

目的研究品管圈护理在治未病健康教育中的效果。方法选取我院于2017年3月至2018年3月收治的80例治未病健康教育就诊的患者为对照组,将我院于2018年4月至2019年4月实施品管圈管理后收治的80例治未病健康教育就诊的患者为研究组,观察两组患者的护理效果,对比2组患者护理满意度。结果研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),其差异有统计学意义。结论在中医治未病健康教育中施行品管圈护理,其效果较为显著,能有效改善医护人员的工作,能提高患者的护理满意度,该方法值得推广应用。

Objective to study effect of quality control circle nursing in prevention and treatment of health education.Methods We chose 80 patients for health education before disease in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 as control group,and 80 patients after quality control circle management for health education in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 as research group.Observed nursing effect,and compared nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than control group (P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.Conclusion quality control circle care can achieve effect in health education of TCM treatment of disease prevention,can improve work of medical staff and nursing satisfaction of patients effectively,which is worthy of promotion and application.
