Health supervision system plays an important legal role in implementing various tasks of Healthy China Initiative,and primary medical and health supervision is an important part of health supervision system,backbone of management of medical and health affairs in China.Medical and health supervision is essential for science,which plays an important role in constructing new order in contemporary medical service market and protecting health and legal rights of the people effectively.With development of the times,health administrative departments have put forward more scientific requirements for supervision and management of primary medical and health care.The article analyzes and studies current forms,problems and related strategies of primary medical and health supervision,and puts forward some opinions.
