摘要
目的分析单纯性肥胖儿童胰岛素抵抗采用中医推拿治疗的效果。方法选取本院2017年5月至2018年8月收治的80例单纯性肥胖儿童患者,随机将80例患儿分成对照组和研究组,各40例。采取饮食运动方法治疗为对照组,在对照组基础上配合中医推拿治疗为研究组,对两组患儿治疗后的体重、BMI、腰围、臀围、体脂含量、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)等指标变化进行对比。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。研究组2hPG、FINS、IAI、HOMA-IR各项指标改善程度均好于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论单纯性肥胖儿童胰岛素抵抗采用中医推拿联合治疗具有显著的效果,值得临床应用。
Objective to analyze effect of traditional Chinese massage for simple children with insulin resistance.Methods We chose 80 children with simple obesity admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to August 2018,and divided them into control group and study group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with diet and exercise,and study group combined with TCM massage on the basis of control group,Compared weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,body fat content,fasting blood glucose (FPG),postprandial 2 Hourly blood glucose (2hPG) and other index changes.Results after treatment,total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The improvement of 2hPG,FINS,IAI,HOMA-IR in study group was better than that of control group,with significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine has significant effect in treatment of insulin resistance in simple obese children,which is worthy of clinical application.
