益胃汤治疗胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

Effect of Nourishing Stomach Decoction on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Insufficiency of Stomach Yin

目的探讨分析益胃汤治疗胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月收治的胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例,按照所采用治疗方法不同分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,观察组运用益胃汤加减治疗,统计分析西药治疗组与益胃汤治疗组的总有效率与复发率,并监测两组症状消退时间。结果两组治疗人群,经过临床疗效观察和年内跟进随访,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,其复发率也明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益胃汤加减治疗胃阴不足型萎缩性胃炎疗效确切,复发率低,在临床应用中具有重要意义,值得推广应用。

Objective to explore and analyze effect of nourishing stomach decoction in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with insufficient stomach yin.Methods We chose 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of gastric yin deficiency type admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018,divided them into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment,and observation group with modified nourishing stomach decoction.Carried out statistical analysis of total effective rate and recurrence rate of western medicine treatment group and nourishing stomach decoction treatment group,andmonitore time of symptom resolution in two groups.Results after clinical effect observations and follow-up follow-ups within two groups,total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group,recurrence rate was significantly lower than control group.Difference was statistically significant (P﹤0.05).Conclusion modified nourishing stomach decoction is effective in treating atrophic gastritis due to insufficient gastric yin,with low recurrence rate,which is of great significance in clinical application and worthy of promotion and application.
