三级护理教学管理模式在手术室护理教学中的应用探讨

摘要 目的研究三级护理教学管理模式在手术室护理教学中的应用。方法选择2018年4月至2020年4月我院手术室实习的护士45名分成观察组和对照组,给予不同的实习带教管理方法,比较不同实习带教结果。结果观察组实习护士接受三级护理教学管理模式之后,其手术室护理知识水平为(98.1±0.2)分,对照组为(89.6±0.8),t=8.69,P<0.05;操作技能评分显示,观察组为(95.6±0.9)分、对照组为(86.9±0.8)分,t=7.58,P<0.05,证明两组护士的理论知识与操作技能明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意度统计结果显示,观察组的满意度为100%,对照组为69.57%,统计学处理结果为χ^(2)=12.17,P<0.05。结论手术室护理教学中应用三级护理教学管理模式,能提高整体护理教学水平。 Objective to study application of tertiary nursing teaching management model in nursing teaching in operating room.Methods We chose 45 nurses practiced in operating room of our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020,divided them into observation group and control group.After treatment with different practice teaching management methods,compared results of two groups.Results after practice,nurses in observation group received tertiary nursing teaching management model,operating room nursing knowledge level was (98.1±0.2) points,and control group were (89.6±0.8),t value=8.69,P<0.05;operating skills scores of observation group were (95.6±0.9) points,control group were (86.9±0.8) points,t value=7.58,P<0.05,which proves that theoretical knowledge and operational skills of two groups was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Satisfaction results showed that satisfaction degree of observation group was 100% and control group was 69.57%,result of statistical processing was χ^(2) value=12.17,P<0.05.Conclusion tertiary nursing teaching management model can improve overall nursing teaching level in operating room nursing teaching.
