PCT、hs-CRP水平与2型糖尿病伴冠心病患者发生冠状动脉病变的相关性

Correlation between PCT,hs CRP Levels and Coronary Artery Disease in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析降钙素原(PCT)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与2型糖尿病伴冠心病患者发生冠状动脉病变的之间的联系。方法抽取2019年1月至2019年12月我院接收的200例2型糖尿病伴冠心病病人作为研究对象,以疾病类型的不同进行分组,其中2型糖尿病86例,作为参照组,并发冠心病114例,作为实验组。对所有病人的血清PCT以及hs-CRP水平进行检测,比较两组病人的PCT与hs-CRP水平差异及冠脉病变发生情况。结果实验组病人的PCT、hs-CRP水平均较参照组的高,差异较大(P<0.05);根据冠脉狭窄程度(Gensini)评分可知,冠脉越狭窄PCT、hs-CRP水平越高,相关性分析表明实验组病人的PCT、hs-CRP水平与冠状动脉病变支数及Gearson评分呈正相关,差异较大(P<0.05)。结论 PCT水平与2型糖尿病伴冠心病冠状动脉病变发生具有紧密的联系,在2型糖尿病伴冠心病病人中PCT与hs-CRP水平越高,发生冠状动脉病变的风险也就越高,可作为临床防治干预的参考依据。

Objective To analyze the relationship between the levels of procalcitonin (PCT) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs CRP) and coronary artery disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease received by our hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into different types of diseases,including 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus as the reference group and 114 patients with coronary heart disease as the experimental group.The levels of serum PCT and hs CRP were measured in all patients,and the differences of PCT and hs CRP levels and the occurrence of coronary lesions between the two groups were compared.Results The level of PCT and hs hs-CRP in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).According to the score of coronary stenosis degree (Gensini),the higher the level of PCT and Hcy was,the correlation analysis showed that the level of PCT and hs CRP in the experimental group was positively correlated with the number of coronary artery disease variants and Gearson score,and the difference was large (P<0.05).Conclusion The level of PCT is closely related to the occurrence of coronary artery disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease.The higher the level of PCT and hs CRP,the higher the risk of coronary artery disease,which can be used as a reference for clinical prevention and intervention.
