扁鹊刮痧术及其联合疗法治疗慢性失眠症的作用

Effect of Bian Que Scrapping and Its Combined Therapy on Chronic Insomnia

目的探究对慢性失眠症患者应用扁鹊刮痧术及其联合疗法的临床疗效及应用价值。方法选择2019年4月至2020年4月于我院接受相关诊疗的慢性失眠症患者288例作为本次研究一般对象,随机将其分为对照组(n=144,采取西医药物治疗)与观察组(n=144,在西医基础上应用扁鹊刮痧联合推拿、高磁脑循环治疗进行治疗)两组均治疗1周期(30 d),1周期后,对比两组患者临床疗效、对治疗期间不良反应进行记录以评价治疗安全性、应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对患者治疗前后睡眠质量进行评分,并调查两组治疗满意度。结果经临床治疗,观察组患者治疗效率较对照组更高(P<0.05),此外,观察组患者睡眠质量评分及治疗满意度均较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论对慢性失眠症患者应用扁鹊刮痧术联合推拿、高磁脑循环治疗的临床疗效确切,能切实提升患者睡眠质量,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and application value of Bian Que scraping surgery and its combination therapy in patients with chronic insomnia.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,288 patients with chronic insomnia who received relevant diagnosis and treatment in our hospital were selected as the general object of this study,and they were randomly divided into a control group (n=144,treated with Western medicine) and observation group (n=144,based on Western medicine treatment with Bian Que scraping combined with massage,high magnetic brain circulation treatment),both groups were treated for one cycle (30 d).After one cycle,the clinical efficacy and treatment period of the two groups were compared adverse reactions were recorded to evaluate the safety of treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI) was used to score the sleep quality of patients before and after treatment,and the treatment satisfaction of the two groups was investigated.Results After clinical treatment,the treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).In addition,the sleep quality score and treatment satisfaction of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic insomnia patients with Bian Que scraping surgery combined with massage,high magnetic brain circulation treatment has a definite clinical effect,can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,has high safety,and is worth promoting.
