探讨带锁髓内钉用于治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的临床有效性

Discussion on the Treatment of Nonunion after Limb Trauma Fracture with Interlocking Intramedullary

目的探讨将锁髓内钉应用于四肢创伤骨折后骨不连治疗中的临床有效性。方法选取自2017年3月至2020年3月我院收治的20例四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者为研究对象,并将患者随机分为两组,各10例,对照组患者采用加压钢板治疗方式,观察组患者采用带锁髓内钉治疗方式,对两组患者治疗的临床有效性进行对比分析。结果对两组患者采取不同的治疗方式后,观察组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组,患者术后临床指标对比观察组明显优于对照组,患者术后感染发生率低于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者的临床治疗中采取带锁髓内钉治疗方式,临床治疗效果明显,同时患者术后各项身体指标恢复情况良好,临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of nonunion after limb trauma fracture.Methods From March 2017 to March 2020,20 patients with nonunion after limb trauma and fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,10 in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with compression plate,and the patients in the observation group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail.The clinical effectiveness of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results After different treatment,the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the clinical indexes of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group.The incidence of postoperative infection of the patients was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of the patients with nonunion after limb trauma fracture,interlocking intramedullary nail is used.The clinical treatment effect is obvious.At the same time,the recovery of various physical indicators is good and the clinical application value is high.
