阶段性护理干预在慢性宫颈炎护理中应用的有效性分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Staged Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Chronic Cervicitis

目的分析阶段性的护理干预在慢性宫颈炎护理中的有效性。方法选取我院2017年1月至2020年4月收治的患有慢性宫颈炎的患者280例,按照随机分配法把280例患者分对照组和观察组,每组140例。其中对照组采用常规的护理方式进行护理干预,观察组在常规的护理基础之上加入阶段性的护理干预。结果①两组患者慢性宫颈炎的有效性:观察组的总有效率为98.6%明显高于对照组89.3%的总有效率。两组数据之间的差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;②两组患者对干预护理的满意度:观察组的总满意度为98.6%明显高于对照组89.3%的总满意度。两组数据之间的差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论阶段性护理干预对慢性宫颈炎非常有效,患者对护理治疗的满意度提升。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of staged nursing intervention in the nursing of chronic cervicitis.Methods Two hundred and eighty patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,140 patients in each group.Among them,the control group used conventional nursing methods for nursing intervention,and the observation group added staged nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.Results ① The effectiveness of chronic cervicitis in the two groups:the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.6%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 89.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).② The satisfaction of the two groups:the total satisfaction of the observation group was 98.6%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 89.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Stage nursing intervention is very effective for chronic cervicitis,and patients’ satisfaction with nursing treatment is improved.
