长期卧床老年患者下肢深静脉血栓的预防措施和护理方法探讨

Discussion on the Preventive Measures and Nursing Methods of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis in Elderly Patients with Long-term Bed Rest

目的探讨长期卧床老年患者下肢深静脉血栓的预防措施和护理方法。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月在我院进行护理治疗的下肢深静脉血栓患者70例进行研究分析,根据随机分配的原则将70例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者采用传统护理,观察组患者则采用综合护理。通过对比两组患者的大小腿周径变化及护理效率进行评定,判断综合护理在长期卧床老年患者下肢深静脉血栓预防护理的作用。结果①对比两组患者的大小腿周径变化:对比两组患者的大小腿周径变化,观察组患者的大小腿周径短于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。②对比两组患者的护理效率:对比两组患者的护理效率,观察组患者的护理效率势态更高,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论通过对比两组患者的研究数据,证明综合性护理在长期卧床老年患者下肢深静脉血栓的预防护理中有良好的作用,能够减少患者下肢静脉血栓的发生率,提高医院的护理效率及护理质量,是患者及患者家属放心的优质护理方案,具有很高的临床学意义,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the preventive measures and nursing methods of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in elderly patients with long-term bedridden.Methods Seventy patients with deep venous thrombosis in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were selected for research and analysis.According to the principle of random distribution,70 patients were divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing care,while patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing.By comparing the circumference changes of big and small legs and nursing efficiency of the two groups of patients,the role of comprehensive nursing in the prevention and nursing of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in long-term bedridden elderly patients was judged.Results ① Compared the changes of the circumference of the big and small legs of the two groups of patients:compared with the changes of the circumference of the big and small legs of the two groups,the observation group was shorter than the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05),with statistical significance.② Compared the two groups of patients’ nursing efficiency:compared with the nursing efficiency of the two groups,the nursing efficiency of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion By comparing the research data of two groups of patients,it is proved that comprehensive nursing has a good role in the prevention and nursing of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in elderly patients with long-term bedridden.It can reduce the incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis and improve the nursing efficiency and nursing quality of the hospital.It is a high-quality nursing program for patients and their families,which has high clinical significance and is worthy of clinical application clinical application.
