对咽喉部疾病的针刺浅析

咽喉部疾病主要通过链球菌、肺炎双球菌和葡萄球以及病毒感染诱发产生的,需要警惕的是,不是什么咽喉部的炎症都可以采取针刺进行治疗,可从病候来辨别阴阳,阳经穴多取于阳盛证,具体表现为咽喉疼痛和发热,此时施针取穴可取合谷和内庭等,而阴经穴多趋于阴虚证,具体表现为手足少阴或足厥阴可见的嗌干,在临床治疗中可采取照海和太冲等穴位实施对症治疗。另外临床治疗中应该分清楚轻重缓急,如果患者发作急性病,临床症状表现为咽痛或局部红肿、寒热等,可采取泄热的方式治疗,并采取针刺三商穴或商阳穴来放血,病症表现为肠胃热盛,也可以进行针刺放血。所以,在实施针刺治疗的时候一定要进行明确的诊断后,再进行治疗。咽喉部疾病作为神经性疾病,主要有急性咽炎、慢性咽炎、咽喉异常感和喉返神经麻痹等病症表现。
