自制中药汤剂熏洗坐浴治疗炎性外痔的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Self-made Decoction Fumigation and Hip Bath in the Treatment of Inflammatory External Hemorrhoids

目的分析对炎性外痔患者实施自制汤剂熏洗治疗的临床疗效。方法选择门诊接诊炎性外痔患者290例作为研究一般对象,分为两组,分别实施不同治疗方案,评价两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应。结论对炎性外痔患者实施中药汤剂熏洗坐浴治疗的临床效果较为理想,可有效改善患者临床症状,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of self-made decoction for patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids.Methods Two hundred and ninety patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids in outpatient clinics were selected as the general subjects of the study.They were divided into two groups,and different treatment plans were implemented respectively.The clinical efficacy and symptom scores of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the two groups during treatment Adverse reactions.Conclusion The clinical effect of fumigating and washing sitz bath with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids is relatively ideal,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety.
