东江湖周边乡镇公职人员环境与健康素养现状及其影响因素研究

The Current Situation and Influence Factors of Environment and Health Literacy of Public Officials in the Surrounding Towns of Dongjiang River

目的了解资兴市东江湖周边乡镇公职人员环境与健康素养水平现状,并分析其影响因素,为相关部门开展宣教活动提供依据。方法于2018年7-8月对资兴市东江湖周边乡镇的公职人员进行环境与健康素养测评。采用多阶段随机抽样,共纳入调查对象295人,采用面对面的形式进行问卷调查,采用c2检验进行率的比较,采用非条件二分类变量的 logistic 回归进行多因素分析。结果共发放问卷295份,回收有效问卷284份,有效回收率96.3%。东江湖周边乡镇公职人员的环境与健康素养水平为37.7%。3个维度健康素养水平从高到低依次为:基本理念(71.13%)、基本技能(38.7 %)、基本知识(16.2%)。文化程度越高环境与健康素养水平越高(c2=9.8,P<0.05);家庭人年均收入不同的人群间环境与健康素养水平有差异(c2=15.47,P<0.05)。二分类logistic 回归分析结果显示:家庭人均年收入、文化程度是影响健康素养水平的主要因素,性别是基本技能水平的主要影响因素。结论资兴市东江湖周边乡镇公职人员的环境与健康素养水平高于2015年完成的北京、湖北、甘肃三省(市)常住居民环境与健康素养抽样调查结果,文化程度与家庭人年均收入是影响环境与健康素养水平的主要因素。

Objective To understand the present situation and influence factors of the environment and health literacy of the township public officials around Dongjiang Lake in Chenzhou.Methods Multi-stage random sampling was used from July to August 2018,and the status of public officials in the villages and towns around Dongjiang lake in Chenzhou was investigated by questionnaire.The environment and health literacy levels of different characteristic population were compared by c2 test,and the logistic regression method of unconditioned two-class variables was used for many factors.Results The environmental and health literacy of public officials around Dongjiang Lake was 37.7%.Three dimensions of health literacy from high to low were:basic ideas (71.13%),basic skills(38.7%),basic knowledge (16.2%).The higher the education level,the higher the level of environmental and health literacy(c2=9.8,P<0.05).There were differences in environmental and health literacy among the different average annual household income population (c2=15.47,P<0.05).The results of the two-classification logistic regression analysis showed that the per-capita annual income of the family and education levels were the main factors that affected the health literacy.Conclusion The basic knowledge literacy of public officials in Dongjiang Lake district of Chenzhou is low and needs to be improved.
