摘要 护理人才培养中"价值引领"功能的体现,就是要在培养方案的各个环节寻求思政"触点",通过知识传授和价值引领关联性的研究,达到立德树人、铸魂育人的目的。以山西医科大学汾阳学院护理专业人才培养方案为例,提出应从培养方案的培养目标、课程设置、素质教育环节和考核评价等方面入手,建构思政育人目标、教学计划、教学方法和教学评价"四位一体"的机制。 The embodiment of the function of "value guidance" in the training of nursing talents is to seek the ideological and political "contact" in each link of the training program,and to achieve the goal of cultivating people by virtue and soul education through the study of the relationship between knowledge imparting and value guidance.Taking the nursing professional training program of Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University as an example,it is suggested that we should start with the training goal,curriculum setting,quality education link and assessment evaluation of the training plan to construct the "four-in-one" mechanism of ideological and political education goal,teaching plan,teaching method and teaching evaluation.
