乙型肝炎病毒及丙型肝炎病毒重叠感染患者生化免疫指标变化与临床意义

Changes and Clinical Significance of Biochemical Immune Indexes in Patients with Hepatitis B Virus and Hepatitis C Virus Superinfection

目的探究分析乙型肝炎病毒及丙型肝炎病毒重叠感染患者的生化免疫指标变化情况及其临床意义。方法选取45例肝炎感染患者为本次研究资料来源,分为三组进行检验探讨,各组占15例,对比三组患者之间的差异,以此评价各项指标变化对于临床诊断的意义和价值。结果在各项肝功能指标对比中,C组患者的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)高于A组和B组,A组的谷草转氨酶(AST)高于B组和C组,B组的总胆红素(TBIL)高于A组和C组,数据对比均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);在各项免疫球蛋白水平对比中,三组患者的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)等水平数据无统计学差异(P>0.05);在干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的水平对比中,C组患者的各项数据皆显著高于A组和B组,数据对比均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论乙型肝炎病毒及丙型肝炎病毒重叠感染会影响肝功能指标变化,但更为显著的是各项炎症指标,这证明重叠感染容易导致肝组织发生炎症反应,一旦发生该变化,需要着重预防重症肝炎。

Objective To explore and analyze the changes of biochemical and immune indexes in patients with hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus superinfection and their clinical significance.Methods Forty-five patients with hepatitis infection were selected as the data source of this study,and were divided into three groups,15 cases in each group.Results In the comparison of various liver function indexes,ALT of group C was higher than that of group A and group B,AST of group A was higher than that of group B and group C,total bilirubin (TBIL) of group B was higher than that of group A and group C,data comparison (P<0.05) had statistical difference.In the comparison of various immunoglobulin levels,there was no significant difference in the data of immunoglobulin G (IgG),immunoglobulin A (IgA) and immunoglobulin M (IgM) (P>0.05).In the comparison of the levels of interferon-γ (INF-γ),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-10 (IL-10),the data of group C were significantly higher than those of group A and group B,with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Superinfection of hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus can affect the changes of liver function indexes,but more significantly affect the inflammatory indexes,which proves that superinfection can easily lead to inflammatory reaction in liver tissue.Once this change occurs,we need to focus on the prevention of severe hepatitis.
